SHAPE SHOP IS NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME

Please refrain from booking appointments on behalf of someone who has never visited Shape Shop. If a new customer enters the studio with a reservation under an existing client profile, their appointment will be cancelled and a fee amounting to 100% of the service(s) booked will be charged to the card on file.



YOUR APPOINTMENT

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment, but payment will not be processed until after your visit is complete. Please note that taxes have not yet been added to individual services or packages, but will be calculated when your transaction is finalized in-studio. Taxes are included in the price with the online purchase of a gift certificate or Series of Five.

Please do not tweeze your own brows in the days leading up to your appointment. I recommend at least four to six weeks of completely untouched growth for a more impactful transformation and worthwhile visit.

Appointments can be booked up to six weeks in advance of my schedule being released.

On any given day, you can book up to three hours ahead of the first available appointment time.

Shape Shop is a private, by appointment only studio located on a residential property. I kindly ask that you arrive on time as the waiting area cannot accommodate additional individuals that are outside the same friend or family group. If you arrive early or need help finding the studio, please call or text the number provided in your confirmation email and I’ll promptly assist you.

Please be aware, there are no washrooms available for client use on the property. Please plan accordingly.

At Shape Shop, your safety is my priority. Hand sanitizer is readily available for client use. Touch-points and tools are regularly disinfected with high-level solutions, wipes, and a UV sterilizing light.

CANCELLATIONS

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AT THE FIRST SIGN OF BECOMING INFECTED WITH A CONTAGIOUS ILLNESS. THIS INCLUDES (BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO) COLDS, FLUS, AND COVID-19.

If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know via the phone number provided in your confirmation email. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please be courteous and do so at least 24 hours prior to your booking. This will create space and ample time for standby clients to get in to see me. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes into their scheduled appointment time will be rescheduled and charged a fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the service(s) booked.

If you do not give the required 24 hours notice or fail to show up to your appointment entirely, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the service(s) booked.
